Floyd Favel has lofty ambitions as he continues creating the bridge between the aboriginal and non-aboriginal worlds. He has built a Kulture Houses on his reserve in order to provide alternative performance and training venues for aboriginal people and to preserve aboriginal traditions. It is important for him that theatre in Canada grows beyond its narrow boundries, boundries that limit inter cultural collaborations. He is also working on international projects in the research and dissemination of theatre practices of aboriginal people. Floyd trained in Denmark and Italy and has travelled extensively in his work.
